A large, long-standing hospitality venue is seeking chefs of various levels to join the team across its busy multi-faceted operation. Opportunities are available for Cooks, Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and Chef de Parties looking to grow within a stable, high-volume environment. About the Role Working within a large kitchen brigade, you'll be involved across: Modern Australian bistro service High-volume functions and events Multiple food outlets and service concepts Prep, plating, and section management during busy services The venue is known for its strong trade, experienced leadership team, and long-standing reputation within the market. About You We're open to a range of experience levels, but ideal candidates will bring: Experience working in busy kitchens or hospitality venues Passion for quality food and fast-paced service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well within a team environment Good communication and organisational skills Full Australian working rights For more experienced chefs, leadership capability and confidence running sections will be highly regarded.
